RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. IN THE RARE OCCASION YOU RECEIVE AN ITEM THAT IS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT, INCORRECT, OR MISDESCRIBED, WE WILL HONOR A RETURN FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND.
RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN/UNUSED; IF THE ITEM HAS BEEN WORN, WE CAN NOT HONOR AN EXCHANGE AND THE ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED BACK TO THE SENDER.
FOR ELIGIBILITY, YOU MUST CONTACT US BY EMAIL WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER - NEWSERENEOFFICIAL@GMAIL.COM - PROVIDING YOUR ORDER #, THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT(S) ATTACHED TO YOUR ORDER, & AS MUCH INFORMATION AS POSSIBLE DETAILING THE ISSUE (PICTURES ARE TYPICALLY REQUIRED FOR PROPER VERIFICATION).
UPON INITIAL REVIEW SUCCESS, YOU [THE CUSTOMER] MUST THEN SHIP/RETURN THE DAMAGED PRODUCT TO US. ONCE ARRIVED, WE WILL CONDUCT A SECOND AND FINAL REVIEW TO ENSURE THE VALIDITY OF YOUR DAMAGE CLAIMS. GIVEN CONFIRMATION, WE WILL SHIP OUT A REPLACEMENT ITEM [IF ADEQUATE STOCK IS AVAILABLE]. IN THE CASE THAT ADDITIONAL STOCK FOR REPLACEMENT IS UNAVAILABLE, WE WILL REFUND 50% OF THE ORDER PRICE.
ALL SHIPPING COSTS AND FEES FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS ARE TO BE COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER.
